any others denied dtv converter coupons because they use a post office box number and live in rural area?

We live in a small rural community where there are no home delivery of mail.The federal government aknowledges our addresses but the people who run the dtv coupon program does not.We had to shell out $50 for every converter we needed.We requested the 2 coupons allowed per household and were denied.How fair is that?

      You may want to check on it further, because the official information states the following:

      "The government can mail coupons to Post Office boxes in areas without home mail delivery. Post Office boxes will be accepted only for households on Indian reservations, Alaskan Native villages and other rural areas. The government may request additional information to validate the physical location of these households."

      Try filling out the mail-in app as it has a more detailed PO Box section you can fill out:
