You can check this link. I don't know of printable coupons but I have picked up coupons at the visitor's center at the common. You can try calling them for your question. Some of the hotels have them too.
Try the Go Boston Card. You can get it online or at various locations in the city. It really is a great deal to the major attractions, especially if you are in the city for a few days!
Admission to over 70 of the best Boston attractions, activities, and tours are included with your Go Boston Card. Do as much as you like each day for one low, affordable price. Tailor your own custom itineraries, allowing each person to do what is most fun for them. And with unlimited flexibility, you can change your plans on the fly.
If you live nearby your local library will have free passes to many Boston museums, call your library and tell ask what they have. I have got free passes for friends several times.
The Museum of Fine Arts is always free admission on Wednesday nights from 4PM to closing time which is I think 10PM.
the museum of fine arts (on huntington ave) is free on WEDNESDAY nights (from 5 til close, i think) and the ICA (institute of contemporary art in the seaport district) is free on THURSDAY nights (5 til close too, i think). two free trips to great museums on back to back nights! also, in my experience, despite the free tickets, both museums are usually pretty quiet on these nights, so you can enjoy the artwork without the crazy crowds. you could go to the museum and then enjoy a nice dinner and talk about everything you saw!

Go to the Boston public library you can get free passes there. Any libraries in MA can give you free passes.
Just so you know though the Aquirum does not do free passes in the summer time.
