As everyone has probably heard, all analog signals will cease to be in February 2009. The government is issuing $40 coupons to be used toward the purchase of digital converter boxes that will enable TVs without built-in digital tuners to receive digital signals.
I applied for these coupons (2) about a month or so ago, but haven't received anything yet. Has anyone else received theirs? If so, how long did it take?

Hi, Your government agency probably has not the required people to handle the responce for coupons.Look how long it takes to get a passport. They are finely setting offices up in city`s that are far behind.I think you can get on the computer and trace the movement of your request for coupons. Your government in action.Good Luck
