Does anybody know where you can actually go to buy tickets to a Jonas Brothers concert in St. Louis?

My friend and I have been searching to find a place where we can actually go and buy tickets, instead of ordering online. We want to go to their concert on July 22, here in St.Louis. If nobody knows where we can actually get tickets, can you please tell us the sites that will give us the cheapest tickets. We don't want to sit all the way in the back, but we don't want to spend so much that we're broke. (EVEN THOUGH, IT WOULD SO BE WORTH IT!) But, then again we don't have so much money in the first place. $170 was our limit. If anyone knows, please answer the question. Thx!
