Okay, I have an original XBOX. I got it for christmas about a year ago, and now that they have come out with the Xbox 360, I have no use for it. Does anyone know a good place to sell it where someone will actually buy it? Because I want to get a new gaming system since they are not making original xbox games anymore. Please help! Please dont suggest amazon.com, or ebay.com because I have already tried again and again, for the last month. I would really appreciate it! Also, you can email me at hayleymarie@mail.com.

Gamestop will buy it. Only for like 20 tho. Your best bet is ebay or craigslist.

To be honest, you are pretty much at a loss. Here are my suggestions, give it to a charity (you might be helping someone), if you pay taxes, you can do a write-off. If you are young and don’t pay taxes, I would see if any of your friends or family members might want to buy one, a younger cousin is a good choice, of course don’t expect to get much no matter what you do. Or you might want to keep it, just in case your 360 breaks (16% chance) because it takes time to repair and the 360 does not play all Xbox game. You might want to revisit some of the older games since they are incredibly cheap now, you can buy used games for like $5.00, depending on where you buy them from.
