Hi , i have heard about the benefits of using birth ball at the time of labour and doing squants with its help , had anybody come accross it in real?? I want to know from where i can buy birth ball??

Its just an excerise ball, you can get one at wal-Mart or target in the sporting goods department.

Here is the link to the place I recommend and where I have always ordered my birth/exercise balls. Regardless of where you purchase yours, make sure it is made of materials that are anti-burst as those are the only safe ones. If it is anti-burst it will say so on the packaging. If it doesn't say it: it's isn't.

You don't need a special "birthing ball". Any regular old exercise ball from any store works just fine.
