Usually, though the Wednesday paper has the sales circulars. Online is a great place to find coupons for specific items through the company that manufatures the product. I get lots of local coupon books in the mail and the yellow pages has lots of coupons too.
it's the only one with the coupon inserts, but sometimes a coupon will be printed inside the paper itself. we get a seperate flyer midweek with some coupons in the mail.

usually, however if you find a really good coupon that you wish you had like 10-20 of them look it up on ebay, someone is always selling them on there
