Hispanic grocery stores have the tortilla makers that make them one at a time. It's basically two pieces of wood that are hinged together. You put the dough in and slam in shut and it flattens it to the tortilla shape. Not extremely high tech.

Is this what you had in mind? http://www.akitchen.com/store/drp-DP6208.html If not then you can probably find what you are looking for by googling for food service supplies.

If you want an electric QUALITY machine then you need to contact your local Restaurant Supply store.
My family operates 3 tortillerias here in Texas and this is where we get our equipment.
Hobart is an excellent brand but extremely expensive. Restaurant supply stores do offer used equipment as well.
