u cant buy a newborn puppy they have to stay with their mother for at least 8 weeks. and why buy a puppy when u can get one from a rescue centre? do some research first and be sure u are ready to make that commitment.

look around at your local shelters…they might not have the exact breed that you want but they will have dozens of other dogs to choose from.

Petfinder.com is an great website for dogs that need good homes. Don’t go to a petstore, most likely those are puppy mill puppies

you cannot buy a newborn puppie.. the youngest you can get is 8 weeks
dont buy from a store… stores are supplied by puppy mills.
the breed club can refer you to a reputable breeder.. http://www.westieclubamerica.com/

You can’t bug a newborn, you have to wait till it’s mother wean’s them, which is when the puppy is about 2 months old. As for where to find one, check local animal shelters. If you have a Pet store or a Pet Smart nearby, check there. My PetSmart doesn’t have adoptions but some do. I hope you find your puppy, good luck.

You can’t buy a newborn, they must stay with their mother for at least 8 weeks. Adopt one, or find a REPUTABLE breeder. Pet shop dogs are from BYBs and puppy mills.

by new born, do you seriously mean NEW BORN?
then you would be an idiot
at the youngest, (which I don’t recommend) to adopt them is at 8 weeks, while I suggest 12 weeks is better which is exactly three months.
Anyways, buying from an actual store is a bad idea as the stores usually receive the puppies from puppy mills
Best way to buy a puppy is to look in your local newspaper, under the selling section of pets.
I was able to get a healthy yorkie that way, and meet with the people at their home to see where they keep the puppies, mother, and how many dogs they have in actuallity
Make sure to always ask to see where they’re kept, if they say no then it’s most likely a puppy mill

Why in the world would anyone want to buy a newborn puppy, you might be able to go to a breeder and pre purchase one before it is wiened but you cannot go to a pet shop and buy a newborn and take it home like you would take home a baby…. Why not contacting the rescue center and become a loving owner of a poor neglected animal, all my dogs are rescue dogs, One was thrown away in a dumpster with his siblings and he was barely alive when they found him, now he health and happy and loved, we have one that was physically abused and very timid, now she is very loving like a baby. ….. or get a beanie baby…

Puppies need to be at least 8 weeks old before you take it away from it’s mother.
You do NOT want to buy a puppy from a "store"…that is BAD.
You can buy a puppy from a reputable breeder OR you can get adorable, wonderful puppies at your local animal shelter.
I hope you make the right choice.
