If you can’t afford a new one in one week, try buying a used one. You might be able to get one for less money, and that way you don’t have to take out a loan on something so frivolous. And next year, save up money a few months ahead of time if you think you’ll want to get your son a gift costing more money than you have disposable income for the month.
