You need more than just a sign! You need a contract (lease), an application form, and an inspection form. You can find these on the internet, for free or for a fee. The sign you can get at a store.

You should also find a book for landlords in your state. Know what you can do and say, and what is illegal. You'll be dealing with people, and you know how difficult they can be! The wrong tenant can bring a world of heartache.

And be sure to use craigslist to list your rental ad. It's free and will get good results.
