where do I go to buy a man cage?

I just bought my boyfriend and I need a place to put him when night comes incase he try to sneak outside or something.

He keeps begging me to take him to the park to go walking but he might look at other women, so I also need a SHOCK COLLAR to put around his neck.

Does the shock collar work?
