It'll be very hard to find that edition of it, in mint/good condition, for cheap. Go on eBay, Amazon, etc. and see if anyone has it. If not, check local pawn shops or hobby shops, they might just have it. In all honesty, unless you're a collector, I suggest getting the Gamecube edition of the ocarina of time (I believe it's Master [something] edition), it's the same game but you have the option to switch it to a harder mode with better puzzles and stuff.
1. Buy a wii, connect it to wireless internet, buy a wii points card at a store that has games for wii or buy some wii points with credit card on the wii shop channel, then go to the wii shop channel and find ocarina of time in the N64 section and download it to the wii. You will need a classic controller for the wii or a gamecube controller.
2. Buy a wii, and buy a gamecube controller and a gamecube memory card, and buy the zelda collector's edition or the ocarina of time master quest for gamecube, which works for wii. Collector's edition had legend of zelda, adventure of link, ocarina of time, and majora's mask on it. Master quest has ocarina of time, and ocarina of time master quest, so both will work.
3. Buy a used gamecube, which are very cheap now, and have a controller and memory card for it. Get either zelda collector's edition or ocarina of time master quest for it. Like i said before, both have ocarina of time so both will work.
4. Buy an old N64, almost impossible to find, with a memory card and controller, and an ocarina of time cartridge, also hard to find. The best way to have an N64 now is if you had one when it was around, and you kept it. But few people keep theirs, so they are rare. Ebay is probably the best spot to find it.
You could also get it on an emulator on the computer with a computer controller, but it doesn't look as good and the screen is smaller.

Ebay.com is your best bet.
there are some local stores that had N64 games and even older ones. and the highest sale on them was about 25 dollars.
if someone wants more than that for just the cart I'd say find a better deal. They are not that rare at all.
if you can't find it I'm sure if you had a gamecube you can play the remade Ocarina of time with added features.
