Also, if it’s not illegal federally, but it is my state then can’t I still order it? I mean, if the state/fed can’t agree on it, then what is the state going to say when someone ships me salvia divinorum from a place where it is still legal?

Dont know about the federal/state laws thing, but http://www.salviaspirit.com says you can purchase salvia from any state and they will ship it to you. Haven’t bought from them personally, but just saying!

The answer is that a regular habitat of a Macao Salvia is nipping and sultry, most not unlike what your usual Bermuda or Saint Kitts and Nevis Salvia’s habitat is

You did not say which state you live in. Salvia Divinorum is illegal in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma and Virginia. That means there are 38 where it is legal.
Salvia is only one of a good variety of interesting entheogens that were traditionally used throughout history. It has been said that shamans use them to gain knowledge about other dimensions.
You can find out more about entheogens at the ayahuasca shaman website…
