Well just go to anyone of your electronic stores. Any good electronic department will have what your looking for.
People, (mainly kids) like psps for their cool features. Like; you can watch movies and play games. It has a pretty good batterie life so you don't have to worry about them quitting on you in the middle of something. Im not to sure about the internet thing though. You can ask the salesmen in the store about the extra features. It has many cool things in them. It has a planner I believe, you can keep the time, and many more cool stuff!
