where is the best place to buy textile foil?

I'm trying to buy foil that you apply using a heat press. You use either plastisols or some kinda adhesive as a base and then put the foil over it in a commercial heat press, and then peel cool. Anyone know the best (quality, easy, and cost effective) to get me going? Thanks in advance!
pretty much I'd be applying this to apparel.
