Where to buy a music box in NYC?

I am looking for a music box for my girlfriend's birthday present

if anyone can name some places where i can purchase one it would be greatly appreciated !

Her birthday is in a week and a half

PS preferably no online orders please
by music box i mean those boxes, (usually wood made), that when you open a tune comes out.
