where to buy a new engine?

im looking improving the performance of my car… i have a 1992 rs camaro w/ a 2.8 liter v6… i was looking into getting a larger engine such as a 3.8l v6 but where is the best place to buy such and engine… i need one that wont breakdown but i also want a decent price… i found a 3.8 olds engine on asapmotors.com , is that a good engine? its in the garage sale section
