  You should be able to go to the website of your car seat brand and purchase replacement parts. You might need to get the number from the website or the booklet that came with the car seat and call them

  You can only purchase straps for the seat from the manufacturer of the seat for that exact model seat.

You must have your model number and manufacturing date of the product to order parts, accessories, or instructions.
