I would like to buy an unlocked cell phone but don’t know where to buy, and where will be the cheapest place. How can I ask the retailer if I want to buy a cell phone that use SIM card? If possible, please tell me one model of Nokia. Thanks!

well you should check out best buy and circut city they allways have unlocked phones
most of them are kinda pricey but there really nice
u can also go to there web sites and checkit out
for the sim card all unlocked phones take sim cards
