Xbox 360 Arcade is the cheapest verison of the Xbox. It doesn’t have a hard drive so if you need to play Xbox originals than you have to buy another hard drive. ($199)
Xbox 360 Pro has a hard drive, but every hard drive has demos installed in it so it’s not actually the full hard drive e.g. 20GB actually has 13GB. Cost vary depending on HDD ( could be $250s )
Xbox 360 Elite has the best hard drive and well it`s an elite. If you buy this Xbox, you wouldn`t need anything necessarily to play. This verison also includes a first month Gold Membership. Which gives you extended excess to Xbox Live
If you live in the states it shouldn`t be that difficult to find it.

Well the difference is that the xbox arcade version doesn’t come with hd cables, a mic, and a hardrive(memory). It comes with small games. Its the same xbox 360 does everything an xbox does…

The main difference between the Arcade and Pro is that the Arcade doesn’t come with a hard drive. Instead it comes with a memory card for saving your game progress and other things. The Pro comes with a 60GB hard drive.
Functionally, there’s no difference between them - they can both play all 360 games, go online, etc.
The Arcade is $199, the Pro is $299. If you can afford it, get the Pro. In addition to the hard drive, you also get a headset and a HD-AV cable if you have a HDTV. While you can buy all off these separately, you’ll end up spending more than the $100 difference between the Arcade and Pro.
