you may have to go to an herb store but i have never seen arnica in the grocery store-lots of good on-line botanics . i use Botanics choice they are pretty fast.

This is not for digestion. It is poison if you swallow it.
HOW TO USE: Apply this product to the affected area of skin as directed. Do not apply to skin abrasions or open wounds. Follow all directions on the product package.
