I have opened a Baby & Childrens resale store in California & I am wandering if there are any places in California where I can go and buy Department Store returns or Gently used clothing for Children from sizes 0-12 BY THE POUND OR PALLET. I have heard that there are places where I can go and actually look and see what I am buying and that there are places that sell childrens clothes by the pound.
