I was wondering if anyone knew where I could by biodegradable tissue paper for making sky lanterns? I know they entire lanterns are only like $7, but I would like to try a home made one just for fun. So if you know where I can get biodegradable tissue paper, please let me know. Thanks.

Wal-mart, Target any place they sell gift wrap.
All paper is biodegradable. It’s made from trees that are ground up and water added.
