Where to buy cheap China mobile phones online?

Is there any online market for mobile phone sourcing from China with cheap price? I have noticed a website http://www.chinamobileworld.net , you can browse a wide variety of cell phones like GSM, CDMA, Smartphone, 3G mobile phones, etc. Choose from a lot of mobile phone manufactuers in China, add the item you interested to card and order online. Paypal or TT payment methods are acceptable. It’s dedicated to built a bridge between mobile phone buyers and Chinese manufactueres.

What’s your opinion about this website? Is it a good choice for mobile phone importing?
