I want to reduce my cellulite and I heard that coffee grounds can help with that. The problem is I have never purchased coffee or made it for anyone, so I know nothing about coffee other than it keeps you awake and has caffeine.
My question will seem silly/stupid to coffee-drinkers out there, but are coffee grounds the stuff that they sell in stores that you use to make coffee?

No, that’s "ground coffee". "Coffee grounds" is what’s leftover after the ground coffee has been brewed.
You don’t buy it. Maybe you can get somebody to save it up for you. ∠°)

Hi Natasha,
The coffee grounds are essentially what is left after the coffee has been extracted by steam or hot water if you have an espresso stand near you and asked they probably would be more than happy to give you some as it is just thrown out anyway…
Good luck!
