where to buy dr martens for women?

i'm a size 8 US women size. wheren can i find a pair of doc martens like this:

i like this model but i dont know what it is specifically. does anyone know? also, where can i get a good deal on them or something that's close to looking like them. also, are doc martens all clunky - w/ the thick looking heels & all? i want to buy a nice pair of brown shoes and i want to get it right the first time buying this online since they are quite expensive.

please help.
