where to buy jrotc rifles?

i want to buy a 1903 springfield to practice for my drill team at home.Does anyone know where i can get a good replica for cheap.?like under $100 lol please. Or a safe website..i need it to be sturfy for if i drop it. Lol for when i drop it. thanks in advance :)
PS:about a 8 or 9 pound rifle i think is the one i use its made out of metal so i dont know lol thanks once again :) really.?well..i do have like $150..lol i know im cheap but i just dont wanna waste so much…lol thanks though any other answers greatly appreciatied
