I have a 650L and a 100L salt water marine tank. I currently buy my fish from the local aquatics shop but would like to breed my own. I have never done this before. I would like any advise people can offer and i wont begin breeding until i have researched fully. Does anyone know where i can get fish eggs from? I would prefer to breed this way but i cant seem to find anyone who supplies the eggs? I am in the Uk (north lancashire to be precise). Thanks

Raising saltwater fish its not easy and its not common for most starters.
I have a pair of maroon clowns that lay eggs and eggs. In the tank they wont hatch. You need to go thru a process thats not easy.
Hope this helps!

Around 96%, maybe more than that, of salt water available in the pet trade are wild caught as they WON’T breed in captivity.
Those that do breed, such as some species of Clownfish and Cardinalfish, are excellent parents so you cannot buy eggs separately! Banggai Cardinalfish for instance are mouthbrooders - the male holds the eggs and fry in his mouth until they’re ready to go!
I suggest you do a lot more background reading before you think about breeding. The only fish you can buy in egg form are a few species of small shark, and you’d need bigger tanks for those anyway.
