I am in 9th grade, and started getting attached to Computer Programming, I have searched online (Best Buy / Office Depot / Office Max / Circuit City) to see if they sell Microsoft Visual Basic 2003. It might be old, that they don’t even sell it anymore? I’m not sure, but I would like to get to learn more about Visual Basic.NET. Seems like a very interesting language. =) If you recommend something else, like.. Microsoft Visual Basic 2008, or something, please tell me. Although, I believe it is expensive, I’m not sure!

You can’t buy VB 2003 any more there have been two new versions since then. You can buy VB 2008, but if you are just learning the free 2008 Express Edition should be fine for you. You can download it from Microsoft’s web site.
