For Halloween, i am going to be a funky neon bright colored person and i want neon and bright colored leggings or tights, funky and bright glasses, and funky unmatching but neon and bright colored stuff that isnt too expencive. Where can i get stuff like this? I was thinking of Forever 21, Wet Seal, The Rave, and 579 but they can be pricey. Help?

Forever 21 will have it and they are really cheap.
Like $10.
If not, try Target or Walmart. They will have it for sure.
