Where to buy NBA tickets?

Where is the best place to purchase tickets for a single game? i know of NBA website, Suns website (i live in arizona), ticketmaster website??
I’ve heard of some kind of ticket exchange where you purchase tickets from other customers. Is that legal? Is it cheaper?
