Does anyone know where to buy a cell phone for cheap (or less than retail)? My phone got wet and died. I want the LG scoop but ebay only has a few of them and the colors are horrible. So does anyone know where else to look for a phone that i can buy without a contract and not pay retail?

they have those pre-paid phones where you just pay for the minutes or texts you want there.
