Where to buy nice, affordable dresses?

Hey all.

I’m going to a semi-formal in November and I need a nice dress. I NEVER wear dresses because I don’t really have the body for it. I’m really pear shaped with wide hips.

I need an affordable dress (under $75) that’s not too revealing.
Any ideas would be great!
