Where to Buy R4 in Manila Philippines?

Hi everyone. My mom’s in the Philippines to visit family, and I’m wondering where I could find an R4 for the DS in a store. Does anyone know if there’s an electronics store that carries the cartridge (Preferably in SM Mega Mall), and how many pesos it is.
