  Probably at a Wellcome supermarket, where they have a lot of western type food. Do you mean the real durum semolina used to make couscous and pasta, or the soft one used in the USA for hot breakfast which is "cream of wheat"? Anyways, you can probably find both in a Wellcome store.

  Edit: Yes, the coarse grain type is the one used to make pasta or couscous or the indian type sooji.
