I am in the process of purchasing a TAG watch online for my business attire, and my brother just called telling me to not buy it, but get a really good replica. I had no idea that there were these out there. Where is the best place to buy a good quality replica. My concerns are that people "in the know" will be able to spot that it is a replica, it will just stop working or that I will buy it online and never see the merchandise.
What experiences do you have purchasing expensive replica watches, and can you tell me where to go and what to look for?

Buying replica watches is the worst thing you can do, if you have the money, spend the money. What happens when you run out of battery? Or you need to get inside cleaned and oiled (especially with kinetic watches)?
When you are at a certain level of the social ladder, people will think you use real things even they are not. However, things are expensive, funnily enough, because they are well made and have quality assurance. I have numerous designer handbags and I have one fake one, yet nobody ever commented that it looks fake, but I know it myself so I hardly use it.
Some of my friends and relatives have TAG, Rolex and Chopard such like but you are buying true quality, you can always take it back to the flagship stores if anything goes wrong.
Unless you think just going to wear it for a couple of years and if anything goes wrong just buy a new one (real one this time, I hope!)
