I’m making Mochi and i would like to buy some wheat flour to keep the Mochi soft for a couple days but I’m not exactly sure where to buy it. Do I go to Asian markets or can I go to a regular American supermarket? I live in Santa Ana so I’m thinking of probably going to an Asian market to find some? Help Please! Thank you!

You can find wheat flour in any grocery store, it will be around the regular all purpose flour. You can also check the “organic” section for specialty flours.

Think you will find it in any grocery in the US. Guess you do not do much cooking?

Any store will carry the wheat flour. Look where the cake flour is and usually that is where I find it.
