Where's a good place to buy nice rings?

February 23rd, 2009 · 2 Comments

My girlfriend and I are reaching our anniversary and I'd like to buy her a lovely ring to let her know she's special. No fancy bankbreaking ring, just a nice gesture and that.
However, everywhere I look for rings, they're really ugly, they look tacky and they're completely lacking in originality; or they're very expensive. She'd like a nice silver ring and I'm willing to spend up to like, £100. She's size K.
Anyone know anywhere? I've looked all over google for nice places and they're either £25 or £1000+ - really tacky or for more serious relationships :P

So, has anyone any recommendations? Cheers dears.

Try macys or craft fairs. Theres always a woman around craft fairs selling BEAUTIFUL sterling silver jewelary, for cheaper prices.

Sorry im 13 and dont wear rings but i hope this helps, my mom always takes me to craft fairs

Look at small jewelry shops. A simple silver band would be lovely. Here's a link to a Tiffany and Co section that sells rings for under 100…and theres a section for 100-200

A simple silver band, with an engraving on it of some sort, shouldn't be more than 125, at most, and small, locally owned jewelry shops produce only good quality stuff, or they'll go out of business.

Very thoughtful of you to go to so much work, I might add.
