preferably an american store?

i lovee tokyo style look, and im a huuge fashion freak, I dress pretty wacky and mix and match to whatever I want, but I've been spending too much money on clothing, and I was hoping to find a good store, preferably cheaper..but I just sold a bunch clothes at a garage sale thing, and now im in a fashion dry spell..
i dont need inspiriation.. i need new clothes!

I live overseas, but when I'm overseas I buy stuff mostly at Forever 21, mostly, since stuff here is ridiculously over priced, even though I live in a place with some of the greatest fashion ever.. (store wise- like, there are tons of Ralph Laurens and Gucci and stuff- but i can't afford it all!)
so yeah, I also shop at Splash (but i think thats an arab thing) and Top Shop (but thats british)

but when i go back home to the states during the summer, I go crazy at hot topic and wet seal, and sometimes thrift stores..

ANYWAY waht I'm asying is what're some good stores for some crazier fashions? Like, really tokyo street style?

i order stuff online too sometimes, so a website would be helpful.

help, and thanks I love Harajuku lovers, but its like 50 bucks per pop…I'm not really interested in paying so much for a shirt =] although i would, if i was the kind of person who wore the same things often, (and didnt mind repeating outfits lol) and filthy rich, and spend ALL my money on clothes..nono, just most of it =]
