Do the "angel eyes" or corona rings that go around the head lights look good on a 2002 330xi? When I look at my headlights it seems that most of the circles are hidden, I saw in a magazine they sell them for my year, make, model but I don't understand how they could look right with the way my hood cuts down into the headlights. Does anyone have them on the same style car? What's the best place to buy them from?

try umnitza.com - service is OK, but you'll pay more since they are kinda cornering the market with those upgrades.
BMWs use fiber optic technology - the light is kinda dim and yellow. the aftermarket ones use a different method to make the 'angel eye rings'. the technology is essentially a CCFL tube (cold cathode fluorescent lighting), which is pretty simple and cheap - think I bought a book light with CCFL tube for $10. But because it's for BMW… ChaCHING…. $200.
try ebay - search "CCFL BMW" - just get the size right. The hard part is cracking open the headlight to put them in. YOu need to turn on your oven to 350, let it warm up, then turn it off. put your headlight in, then wait 5-10 minutes. the butyl rubber glue will soften and you can separate the headlight to put in the rings. then use RTV silicone from autozone/pepboys/napa to put the headlight back together.
If you're looking into getting the newer LED technology, you should read two threads:

They indicate Umnitza basically just takes a pre-existing product, rebrands it, calls it superior, denounces anyone who says otherwise, and charges more for no reason.

I would strongly advice that you do a thorough search. That thing has been known to catch fire. If that's a mod you absolutely must have, make sure the installation is done right and well-insulated.

http://parts.yoll.net - try this store. I always buy spares for my BMW there.
As I remember they have lots of angel eyes for BMW.
