  i would try an URBAN store or Gothic store they always seem to have thing in vibrant colors!! if not then i suggest Wal- Mart

  you can go to any drug store and get the HIPeye colors, i thinks its like from Loreal or something….anyway you can also get colors from Hot topic and any Sephora store

  Definetly try Modcloth.com.
  They have this product they sell, made from this company called Medusa, i beleive. i dont think it is as bright as you would prefer, but here goes:

  Also try Art Supply or Costume stores. They tend to carry some brands that are catered to performers, with great coverage and resilience. (Pretty Party Place, San Francisco, Moyers etc.)

  the brand is called 'make up for ever' its at sephora but if you dont have one of those just go to their website — they have really great eyeshadows in so many colors like hot pinks and one is even called acid green

  drugstores have makeup lines like loreal that carry HIP high pigment color shadows and covergirl has new eyeshadow that is vibrant. hot topic is also another good place to go.

  They're pretty much known for their bright, colorful, and dramatic styles.
  They have a lot of colors to choose from, and plenty of neon and bright colors.
  The best thing, is that the colors appear the exact same on your skin as they do in the pot, no matter what your skin tone is.

  If you have access to theatrical brands, look into Kryolan, Mehron or Graftobian as well.

  check out http://www.medusasmakeup.com- they have bright colored make-up at a pretty good price.

  also try Kryolan makeup- they have a UV pallet with the brightest colors ive ever seen. Im not to sure where it can be purchased.

  Hot topic has some bright make-up too. Check your local hot topic.
